We need your help

Why?

We are a young family of 4 that has had a lot of trouble and bad luck in personal and health matters
We are looking to buy a 1st family home with a better school and family members close by
As a 1st time buyers in the UK because of the credit crunch a large deposit is required
We need to move in time for the children to start school and have found a property we love
The property is nothing special and requires a lot of TLC, but to us it would change our lives for the better
We have been accepted for a morgage and can produce the valid certificate upon request but a Ł10,000 deposit is requred and we have no avenue for borrowing
We are in a very desperate situation and are pleading for good will cash donations or advice to help towards our cause
We are sorry we cannot currently offer anything in return but may be able to use this to help other people in the future
